Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)

This may naturally as the chemical processes in the brain (neurotransmitters), such as serotonin, dopamine, and nor epinephrine. This kind of thing also happens in some cases that involve genetic factors, and environmental stress.

Risk factors of getting GAD include :

  • Abuse drugs or alcohol can worsen anxiety disease . Caffeine and nicotine can also lead to GAD

There is no way to predict what would cause a person affected by GAD for the first time, but you can take the following steps to reduce the impact of symptoms if you are anxious:
